Restore Unfettered Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Association
Ensure every Citizen's rights are protected throughout the country by prohibiting abridgement of freedom of speech and freedom of expression. Perpetuating the American ideals of liberty and freedom of speech, press and conscience.
Free the Press - Enforcement of the First Amendment to ensure news agencies and sources of public information are able to report the news without being controlled by the Government and are free of overt influences intent on eroding national tranquility and fomenting domestic insecurity. Eliminate government directed bias of the news and return to the original "Freedom of the Press" standard veritably known and reliably veracious since the days of Independence.
Reduction of the Federal Bureaucracy and Fiscal Restraint in the National Budget
Return a Limited Federal Government
Reduce the federal government bureaucracy and reconstitute all federal agencies to serve the public interest as prescribed in the Constitution.
Federal employees number more than the state population of Wyoming, Vermont, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Rhode Island, Montana, Maine, New Hampshire, Hawaii, Idaho, Nebraska and West Virginia
Reduce the size and budget of every government agency thereby returning those administrative duties back to the States that are best administered at a local level by citizens who more intimately know the needs of their own constituencies.
Relocate key federal agencies outside of the capital region to ensure the broadest employee base allowing more representation of the values and viewpoints of the American people.
Pass a Constitutional amendment for a balanced national budget and establish a five-year plan for significant reduction of the national debt.
Implement a strategic national plan to educate the American people on fiscal responsibility where hard work is rewarded to achieve a prosperity upon which they can thrive.
Reestablish the valuation base of the national currency to the gold standard to stabilize the currency, reduce inflation and market instability.
Restore honor and dignity to the hard working American people through reduction of income taxes and implement a one-time settlement of outstanding federal tax liabilities to promote financial relief for the American people.
Institute fiscal restraint on allocation of the People's resources on programs and measures that do not represent the broader national interest.
Repeal legislation that inhibits the energy industry and ensures energy security and independence thereby reducing unwarranted energy inflation that directly harms the American people and the industries dependent on energy that support the national economy.
Restoration of Constitutionally Prescribed Rule of Law
The US Constitution is the nation's fundamental law. It codifies the core values of the American people.
Rule of law enforced as prescribed in the Constitution:
- Publicly promuglated
- Equally enforced
- Independently adjudicated
Prohibit judicial weaponization by ideology inimical to the founding principles and historical values of the American people and prevent lawfare against the same.
Ensure absolute adherence the Trumbull Judiciary Act of 1869 establishing the US Supreme Court with nine Justices.
Our National Border - A Nation without Borders has no Flag
Borders are political boundaries. They separate countries, states, provinces, counties, cities, and towns. A border outlines the area that a particular governing body controls. The government of a region can only create and enforce laws within its borders.
Ensure absolute enforcement and protection of the national borders that geographically define our homeland. We are a nation with long recognized borders. Securing the sovereignty of America at the frontier borders is the first order of government and must be strictly adhered to.
Enforcement of Common Law. Return the rule of law in every corner of the land and mandate strict adherence to the First Duty of Government - the protection of life and ensuring safety and civility in the public square. Every public square across America. No citizen should fear traversing the streets, highways and byways of the country in the conduct of their personal affairs for lack of public safety that has been compromised to make political provision for lawlessness. John Locke states in "Of Tyranny", " Where-ever law ends, tyranny begins". (1689).
Restore the Core Mission of the United States Military and Civic Duty
Support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Ensure, by timely and effective military action, the security of the United States, its possessions, and vital interests.
Rebuild and refocus the military in all its branches of service on the core mission as prescribed in the Constitution: to provide for the common defense of the People.
Require minimum military or civic service to the Republic in a form and manner appropriate to the age and condition of each Citizen.
Reinvest in the duty and lifelong care of those Americans who put on a uniform and fought to defend the country who have been left to fend for themselves. A grateful Nation owes them no less.
Every American citizen takes an oath of allegiance (loyalty) to the United States of America. The oath states the citizen:
- to give up allegiance to foreign countries
- to defend the Constitution and laws of the United States
- to be loyal to the USA and follow its laws
- to serve in the military or do important work for the USA if required by law.
Every American citizen has a civic responsibility to the country in the uniformed services and without.
Recommitment to the national policy of peace through strength. Protecting the homeland and our strategic interests around the world.
Strict adherence to national values of duty, integrity, ethics, honor, courage and loyalty - to the people and the flag.
Second Revolution in America is here and happening now.
America is engulfed in an ideological war waged from an old enemy of Western values. It is being orchestrated from within by forces intent on fundamentally changing and destroying the Republic, denying our freedoms and liberties, redefining every public institution, turning the agents and agencies of government on the governed. America is at risk of no longer being the 'land of the free and the home of the brave'.
The Jeffersonian Party is committed to ensuring the rights, freedoms and liberties of the American people are not abridged. and that our founding principles are reestablished as the fundamental truths upon which we order our public and private lives.
Under our standard, we will never cede dominion to any ideological governing body that runs contrary to the Constitution which is the law of the land.
We must reaffirm our Civic Duty and require education in civics through each educational age and institution.
We are unwavering in our commitment to the sovereignty of our national borders, rule of law, founding principles, traditional values and constitutional protections.
We view the White House as the People's House and the US Congress as a body of elected representatives of the people. Every federal employee is a public servant who answers collectively and individually to the American People. We will hold public servants accountable for the decisions and actions they have taken without the consent of the governed and which run contrary to the public good.
To ensure the Republic remains free and accountable to the People, term limits should be required in both houses of Congress. Civil servants who transition to unaccountable, unelected bureaucrats and have usurped the role of legislators violate the Separation of Powers Act by exercising both legislative and executive, and at times, judicial powers resulting in the creation of an unchecked administrative state never envisioned by the Founders.
The administrative state represents perhaps one of the most dangerous elements within the federal government and have extended their powers well beyond what the Constitution allows.
Thomas Jefferson once said about officials in power, “Let no more be heard of confidence in man but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the constitution.” The administrative state has managed to break free of these chains and for the preservation of the Constitution and the protection of the American people governed by it, they must be constrained and eradicated.

We are a nation that has forgotten how to blush.
America is a nation built on values that are worth protecting. They are not simply values held by citizens whose families have been here for generations. They are the same values embraced by legal immigrants and refugees as they assimilate into their new country.
We are a society defined and strengthened by its closely held values.
We believe in justice, not just for the chosen few but for everyone within - and without - the country's geographic boundaries. We believe in freedom - the freedom granted to so many regardless of race, religion or creed.
Honor our history and traditions. Many Americans have sacrificed everything for the freedoms and liberties we each enjoy. They were purchased for us at a great price and left in our hands to pass to future generations. It is a debt we can never properly repay.
Return America to the American People
Join the Jeffersonian Party in this solemn hour to fight tyranny in the homeland and preserve for future generations of Americans that which is most scared to all: the dearly valued rights and traditional liberties bestowed upon us by the Founders who laid the foundations for our laws and shaped the greatness of America. We do not underrate the gravity of the task which lies before us or the temerity of the test to our national will, to which we shall not be found unequal.
